What is Lollypop Yarn? Lollypop Farm is the name of the Humane Society in Rochester, NY. Not only does this organization take in your typical domestic pets like cats and dogs but they also help out farm animals. Even fiber animals like sheep, goats and yes alpacas are surrendered and come each spring they are sheared.
As a thank you for helping them re-home several alpacas Lollypop was kind enough to give me several of their wool fleeces which I had processed into this beautiful yarn.
